• Account Data: Email address, display name, and authentication tokens provided through Firebase Google Authentication.
• Target Configuration: Public competitor URLs, DOM section selectors, and notification routing preferences (e.g. Slack webhooks, email endpoints).
• Usage Logs: System logs, scrape event timestamps, and API/MCP server request volume metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to deliver and enhance our market intelligence capabilities, including:

• Triggering automated headless browser sweeps on your requested public URLs.
• Generating visual difference comparisons and plain-English executive summaries.
• Dispatching real-time change alerts to your configured webhook endpoints.
• Maintaining authentication security and preventing fraudulent usage.

3. Data Storage & AI Processing

Competitor screenshots and visual diff proofs are stored securely on Google Cloud Storage with time-limited signed access. AI-powered executive summaries are generated using enterprise-grade large language models that do NOT train on your private workspace data.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or competitor tracking lists with any third parties or advertisers. We only share data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud and Firebase) strictly required to operate our hosting, authentication, and database services.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. You may request complete deletion of your account, monitored competitor histories, and stored screenshots at any time by contacting clzintech@gmail.com.
